Cancellation and Refund

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and timelines under which refunds will be processed for tickets, stall bookings, sponsorships, and other payments made towards the Global Healthcare Conclave (GHC) organized by Curiezon HealthTech Pvt. Ltd.
- 100% refund if cancellation is made 30 days before the event start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 15 to 29 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
- All refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request approval.
- 75% refund if cancellation is made 45 days before the event.
- 30% refund if cancellation is made between 30 to 44 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of request approval.
- Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- In case of event cancellation, 100% refund will be processed within 15 working days.
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or through bank transfer as per mutual agreement.

- Registrant: Any individual or organization holding a confirmed registration for GHC 2025.
- Cancellation Date: The date on which we receive your cancellation request.
- Processing Fee: A non-refundable administrative charge of ₹500 per registration.

Media Accreditation & Speakers
Full Press Pass & Speaker Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to qualified colleagues with at least 14 days notice.
- If the Event is postponed, registrations transfer to new dates at no extra cost.
- If the Event is cancelled outright, all paid fees minus ₹500 processing fee will be refunded within 30 days.

- International refunds may take up to 21 business days.
- Attendee substitutions allowed with 14 days notice.
- Booth/Sponsorship transfers require written approval and may incur charges.
- ₹500 processing fee per registration is non-refundable.
- Bank or currency conversion charges deducted from refund.
- Partial attendance does not qualify for refund.
- Neither party liable for events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
