Shipping and Delivery

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and responsibilities
for the delivery of passes, welcome kits, merchandise, and other materials related to the
Global Healthcare Conclave (GHC) organized by Curiezon HealthTech Pvt. Ltd.
- Delegate/Attendee Passes
- Welcome Kits (including ID cards, brochures, goodies, etc.)
- Exhibitor/Sponsor Kits
- Merchandise or event materials (if applicable)
- Digital delivery of e-passes via registered email and SMS with QR code links.
- Physical delivery of welcome kits and event materials through courier partners to the
registered address. - On-site collection counters for kits and merchandise on event days with ID verification.
- Attendee Conference Kits (badge, lanyard, program brochure, tote bag)
- Exhibitor & Sponsor Booth Kits (branding materials, signage, technical packs)
- Media Partner Packs (press kits, media badges, stationery)
- Promotional Merchandise (if shipped by organizers)
- E-passes will be delivered within 24–48 hours after successful registration and payment.
- Physical welcome kits will be dispatched 10–15 days prior to the event.
- Standard delivery time for couriered materials: 5–7 business days within India.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) will be
communicated via email/SMS.
- Packaging: All materials are securely packaged and labeled with recipient name and registration ID.
- Carrier & Tracking: Shipments made via reputed courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart). Tracking numbers will be emailed.
- Address Confirmation: Ensure shipping address is complete and formatted correctly (see Section 6).
- Customs & Duties: International recipients are responsible for any import duties or customs clearance fees.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned during checkout or registration.
- Most deliveries within India are free of cost for early bird or premium ticket holders.
- International shipping (if applicable) will be charged at actual courier rates.
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
- Curiezon is not liable for delays caused by courier services but will assist in resolution.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will
reattempt delivery upon request (charges may apply). - Alternatively, kits can be collected from the helpdesk at the event venue upon valid ID
proof.

A dedicated logistics desk will be set up at Tripura Vasini Palace Grounds from September 24–26, 2025. Please visit the desk with a valid ID and registration confirmation to collect any undelivered materials.
