Overview
To ensure a smooth travel experience for international delegates attending the Global Healthcare Conclave 2025, we offer end-to-end visa assistance— from official invitation letters to guidance on application procedures, document preparation, and liaison with the Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC).
Indian Visa Categories
- e-Tourist Visa: For leisure or casual visits (including participation in conferences). Valid for 30 days, 1 year, or 5 years (multiple entries).
- e-Business Visa: For business meetings, conferences, trade fairs, and other commercial activities. Multiple entries, valid up to 1 year.
- e-Medical / e-Medical Attendant Visa: For medical treatment in India (and one attendant). Valid for 60 days, multiple entries.
- Regular Sticker Visa: For longer-term or specialized purposes (research, employment, etc.), applied through Indian consulates.
e-Visa Eligibility & On-Arrival Visas
- e-Visa (No “on-arrival” stamp required): Available to citizens of 169 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, South Korea, UAE, and most EU, ASEAN, and Commonwealth nations.
- Visa on Arrival: India currently offers Visa on Arrival (VOA) only to citizens of Japan and South Korea under a bilateral agreement. All other nationalities must apply for an e-Visa or sticker visa in advance.
Country-Specific Requirements
- United States, Canada, UK, EU: e-Tourist / e-Business; Validity: 30 days / 1 year; Apply online at least 4 days before travel.
- Japan, South Korea: Visa on Arrival (VOA) / e-Visa; Validity: VOA: 30 days; e-Visa: 30 days; VOA fee payable at airport; e-Visa recommended.
- Australia, New Zealand: e-Visa; Validity: 30 days / up to 5 years; Biometric data at arrival if requested.
- UAE, Singapore, Malaysia: e-Tourist / e-Business; Validity: 30 days / 1 year; Require entry at designated e-Visa airports.
- African Nations: e-Visa; Validity: 30 days; Upload yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- China, Hong Kong, Taiwan: Regular Sticker Visa; Validity: up to 1 year; Apply at local consulate; processing ~7–10 days.
Required Documents
Passport
Valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival, with two blank pages.
Passport-Style Photo
White background,
2×2 inch.
Invitation Letter
Official letter from GHC 2025 (provided by us upon request).
Proof of Accommodation
Hotel booking confirmation or host invitation.
Travel Itinerary
Flight bookings or travel plan.
Additional Documents
Business card (for business visa), medical referral (for medical visa), yellow fever certificate (where applicable).
Application Process
- Request Invitation Letter: Email support@globalhealthcareconclave.com with your full name, passport details, and visa category.
- Complete Online Application: Fill in the Government of India e-Visa portal (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in) at least 7 business days prior to travel.
- Upload Documents: Scan and upload passport bio-page, photograph, and invitation letter.
- Pay Visa Fee: Online payment via credit/debit card. Fees vary by nationality and visa type.
- Receive e-Visa by Email: Print or download the PDF and carry it during travel.
- Entry to India: Present passport and e-Visa at immigration. For VOA nationals (Japan/South Korea), pay the VOA fee upon arrival.

- e-Visa: 3–5 business days (standard); 1–2 days (urgent service available)
- Sticker Visa: 7–10 business days
- Fees: Range from USD 10 to USD 100+ depending on visa type and nationality. Exact fee details are provided in your invitation email.
