Definitions
- “Event” means the Global Healthcare Conclave 2025, scheduled for September 26–28, 2025 in Bengaluru, India.
- “Site” refers to https://globalhealthcareconclave.com and all related sub-domains.
- “User,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing or using the Site or registering for the Event.
- “We,” “us,” “our,” or “GHC 2025” refers to the organizers of the Global Healthcare Conclave 2025.
Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Site or registering for the Event, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
- If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.
Modification of Terms
- We may modify these T&Cs at any time by posting updated versions on the Site.
- The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
- Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to register or use this Site.
- By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Registration & Payment
- Accuracy of Information
– You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering.
– You must keep your registration details up to date. - Payment Terms
– Registration fees (as published) are due in full at the time of registration.
– Payment methods accepted: Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, International Wire.
– All bank or processing charges are your responsibility. - Invoice & Confirmation
– Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and an e-badge.
– If payment cannot be verified within 2 business days, your registration may be cancelled.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Up to August 15, 2025: 50% refund (minus ₹500 processing fee).
- August 16 – September 1, 2025: 25% refund (minus ₹500 fee).
- After September 1, 2025: No refunds.
- To cancel, email sponsors@globalhealthcareconclave.com with subject “Cancellation – GHC2025__<Invoice#>.”
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site is owned or licensed by GHC 2025.
- You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful or prohibited manner.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or servers.
- Upload harmful code (viruses, malware).
- Impersonate any person or entity.
Third-Party Links
- The Site may contain links to external websites.
- We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices.
- Your use of linked sites is at your own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- “As Is” – The Site and Event are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- No Guarantee of Results – We do not guarantee specific outcomes (business, networking, educational).
- Limitation of Liability – GHC 2025 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHC 2025, its directors, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these T&Cs or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
